General Rules
- No smoking/vaping
- No illegal drugs
- No underage drinking
- No standing on seats
- No weapons of any kind
- No standing while the bus is in motion
- No glitter or confetti
- Please no foods on the bus. Jell-O shots are not permitted
- Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol/beverages & enjoy them while on the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers onto or off the bus. If you spill, clean it up. There is a charge for excessive spillage on the bus.
- Guests that leave behind excessive messes or any biohazardous fluids (urine, vomit, blood, etc.) will be charged a cleaning fee of $200
- Driver reserves the right to deny bus access to anyone that s/he feels is a safety risk to themselves or other passengers
Itinerary Changes
The invoice, as outlined with dates and times, is considered your itinerary. Should the driver need to wait more than 20 minutes beyond pick-up times the customer will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes thereafter, with the minimum charger being $25. Should the customer wish to deviate from the itinerary, approval will be at the discretion of the driver and will be a charge of $90 per hour. The additional charge will be added to the customer’s credit card.
Special Circumstances
Urso Bus cannot reasonably foresee certain events such as storms or floods, breakage or mechanical issues to equipment, sudden road closures/detours, or any other issue beyond the company’s control. Therefore, we are not liable should an unforeseen issue interfere with the passengers’ event.
Customer Agreement
By signing this agreement, I agree to all terms listed above and accept responsibility for all actions of the passengers onboard. I understand that Urso Bus, LLC. shall not be held responsible for any action by passengers leading to personal injury. I agree to have my credit card charged accordingly for any damages and/or excessive cleaning fees.
